Thank you to all of you beautiful families and professionals for sharing your stories. Your words and photos light up these pages! I am continuously blown away by the families who invite me to walk with them as they step into their power, open, and create new worlds. To my brilliant, loving colleagues who adopt me each day, hold space, and bestow their wisdom, there are no words to express my gratitude.
Special thank you to Ingrid Andersson Community Midwives, Lea Wolf Photography, Nicole Streeter Photography, and Sisters Essence Photography.

QTPoM is open to all in the alphabet soup (LGBTQIPAD2S) who are pregnant, currently welcoming to their family, and/or parenting kiddos 17 and under – plus their kids, of course!
The group is no longer formally meeting monthly but continues to thrive online and in self-coordinated get togethers.
The Annual Friends of Home Birth & Midwives Picnic has celebrated you all and our community for over 20 years!
This is a casual day of fun in the sun and loving reunions with other families and the midwives of our community.
Bring a dish to share, any clothes or parenting/baby items you’d like to swap, and any personal picnic supplies you need for the afternoon (blanket, etc.). Music is welcomed!
Join this private Facebook Group for folks who are working with Madison area home birth midwives or who have worked with us in the past.
This group is very active and often swaps birth supplies and other parent/baby items, shares resources and recommendations, etc.
